Hey friends!

On this episode, I hung out with Josh Zimmerman of the San Diego Indie- folk/Americana band called The Silent Comedy.

We talked about everything from traveling to his childhood and the music scene in San Diego. We talked about how music and film has changed over the years and how EDM is becoming more mainstream. We also talked about how the Casbah helped the band with their success and how much of an impact the venue have on the San Diego music scene.

Episode 153

Hey friends!

On this episode, I promoted Nashville based Blues/Pop Singer-Songwriter Alyssa Jacey. She's dropping her seventh studio called “Destined" on May 13th.

I also featured tracks from San Diego female fronted indie duo The Lovebirds and San Diego based folk/country singer-songwriter from Seattle Suzanne Thomas.

In search of finding awesome music in the Bay Area, since I'll be taking a vacation there (I Hope) in mid-July, I bumped into hard rock/indie rock band from San Francisco who goes by The Skinny Guns. I also fell in love with Oakland pyschedelic rock band Spider Heart.

I also promoted upcoming shows happening in San Diego this week (May 13 - May 18) and promoted new music releases out this week which includes Michael Jackson, The Black Keys and more.

Enjoy and Share.
